You are under no commitment to take any action from your end. The subscription for your Office 365 would be automatically relabeled to Microsoft 365. The name of your subscription will be altered to the new name on your Admin Portal and monthly payment bills.

You can install Office apps on up to five PCs or Macs, five tablets, and five mobile devices. You can count hybrid Windows devices, such as the Microsoft Surface Pro, as either a PC or a tablet.

The documents that you have generated belong fully to you. You have the ability to pick them up to store them online on OneDrive or locally available on your PC or Mac machine.

"Yes: Office 365 offers a simple interface that is optimised for Android tablets, Android phones, iPads, and iPhones. You can view Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents for free, but you will need an Office 365 subscription to create and edit them with the apps Office for Android and Office for iPad. Office Mobile is preinstalled on Windows Phone 8, and is also available on select models of iPhone and Android phones and can be used for free but for non-commercial use unless you have an Office 365 subscription. Office 365 has built-in security and tools to keep your data secure. Internet access is required to install and activate all the latest releases of apps and services included in all Microsoft 365 subscription plans. Note that if you are an existing subscriber, you do not need to reinstall or purchase another subscription. For Microsoft 365 plans, Internet access is also needed to manage your subscription account, for example to install apps on other PCs or to change billing options. Internet access is also required to access documents stored on OneDrive, unless you install.
